Overview:
- The Implementation Manager is accountable for operational execution of project plans for new customers or new projects.
- They will partner with client services to meet expectations and revenue goals, and coordinate with internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation team in day-to-day activities and collaborate to complete implementations.
- Partner with product development, operations, and client services to ensure all parties are engaged and notified.
- Handle remote project collaboration to execute milestones and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience overseeing all aspects of a client implementation effort operationally.
- 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving successful implementations.
