Director, Client Implementations

Stakeholder Engagement and Executive Support:

• Serve as the second point of escalation for internal and external issues, managing highly visible requests.
• Assist in developing business updates and supporting materials for executive leadership.
• Provide proactive recommendations with well-supported rationale for implementation activities.

Team Leadership:

• Lead the team with a focus on high-quality implementation planning, execution, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with peer leadership and support teams to deliver best-in-class implementations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-functioning, authentic team.

Performance Monitoring:

• Develop and implement strategies to meet implementation performance guarantees and advocate for operations and clients.
• Leverage best practices to enhance client engagement, incentives, and outcomes, ensuring maximum utilization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Support sales initiatives, RFIs, RFPs, and finalist meetings through cross-functional teamwork.
• Lead key internal implementation operations initiatives and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
