Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex implementations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and governance.
- Build the implementation function's core toolkit and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in healthcare services implementation or operations.
- Deep expertise in formal project management disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
