New Client Implementation Specialist

Position Summary:

• Supports successful onboarding and renewal of clients by coordinating implementation tasks and timelines.
• Works closely with Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Support implementation activities for new and renewing clients by executing assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Assist with coordinating onboarding timelines, milestones, and documentation in alignment with project plans.
• Track implementation progress and help ensure tasks are completed on schedule and according to quality standards.

What you need:

• 5 years of experience in cross-functional alignment, project coordination, onboarding, or training.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
