Job Description
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to influence long-term strategic direction.
- Work with customer technical and business teams to build and maintain relationships.
- Serve as a customer advocate during all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Technical Expertise:
- Engage with customer organizations to position public cloud services.
- Perform cost optimization, insights, and infrastructure reviews.
- Identify new opportunities to help the customer grow with new workloads and technologies.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with DoiT Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to enable technical use cases of the DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with cloud partners (GCP/AWS/Azure) to provide a seamless experience for customers.
- Collaborate on a continuous shared roadmap to enable and implement FinOps best practices.
