SUMMARY:
- Own visual design execution for the customer-facing Account Hub across brands.
- Operate within the Unified Experience portfolio, delivering polished UI and strong UX reasoning.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Create high-fidelity visual designs for screens, components, and end-to-end flows.
- Partner with Design Lead and UX to translate wireframes into production-ready assets.
- Prepare specifications and handoffs for engineering teams.
COMPETENCIES & CORE BEHAVIORS:
- Master visual craft: hierarchy, typography, color, and production precision.
- Apply UX acumen to evaluate flows and flag issues early.
- Contribute to and evolve enterprise design systems.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years in visual/UI design for complex consumer-facing products.
- Proven track record converting complex requirements into clean interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience working with and contributing to design systems.
