The role:
- Lead the visual design direction across complex digital products and experiences.
- Guide the design vision from concept through execution, ensuring high standards of visual quality, consistency, and scalability.
- Partner closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Creative teams to translate broader product goals into thoughtful visual solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and provide creative direction to visual designers throughout the design process.
- Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Apply strong systems thinking across detailed UI execution and broader product ecosystems.
What we’d like to see:
- 5–8+ years of experience designing digital products across web, mobile, and responsive platforms.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring visual design teams and establishing design standards.
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining scalable Design Systems and reusable UI components.
