Lead Generation Associate

Core Responsibilities:

• Track lead volume and monitor CAC/CPL by channel, provider, and DMA.
• Manage communication with affiliates and coordinate provider onboarding.
• Maintain accurate tracking in Litify, CallRail, GA4, and Sigma; build performance reports.

• Highly data-driven, organized, and strong with spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Eager to learn performance marketing and understand funnel leakage and cost levers.
• Responsive and calm in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time remote role with $70,000–$80,000 annual salary.
• Eligible for year-end discretionary performance bonus and benefits.
• Works with paid media, affiliates, call centers, and intake operations.
