Job Description
As an Economic Consultant, you will lead client projects by performing quantitative analysis using Lightcast’s world-class data and other sources to research, model, and recommend solutions for colleges and universities. You will build and apply advanced analytical models, working with large datasets, reports, and visualizations to evaluate program alignment with labor market needs and assess the value of higher education. You'll analyze market conditions, competition, and industry dynamics to identify clients’ positioning and growth opportunities. This role requires communicating key insights and recommendations clearly, advising clients on how to use data for informed, data-driven decision-making. Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations in an accessible manner for diverse audiences while demonstrating strong analytical, technical, and statistical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
