• Own outcomes, not just features; decide what to build and whether it worked.
• Harden critical paths, kill incidents, and design abstractions.

Who You Are:

• Years of experience shipping production systems with strong judgment.
• A generalist able to pick up ambiguous problems and start moving.

How We Build:

• AI is default, with agentic sessions and eval harnesses.
• Simple architecture: Rails monolith, MySQL, few moving parts.
