Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts daily and identify aged receivables while contacting customers to secure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and system updates while handling inbound AR-related calls and billing inquiries.
- Research and resolve service and parts billing issues, responding to inquiries within service-level timelines.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with clear professional communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Critical thinking abilities to evaluate and resolve issues effectively, coupled with strong time management skills.
- Prior customer service experience required, with collections experience being advantageous for this role.
Compensation & Requirements:
- Hourly compensation ranges from $16.85 to $24.05, with typical starting range of $16.85 to $21.00 based on experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent required, must be 18 years or older to qualify for this position.
