Job Description

Assist in Procurement: Manage the end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, and licenses for resale to clients, and handle internal procurement needs, collaborate with sales, technical teams, and finance to support smooth procurement operations.

Vendor Relationship Management: Support vendor relationships, including onboarding, completing new vendor account application forms, and maintaining vendor boards.

Client Communication: Communicate with internal/external clients about hardware/software requirements, provide quotes, process orders, and offer post-order support, such as order updates and ETA communication.

Process Improvement and Maintenance: Maintain supplier records, contracts, and price lists, monitor procurement KPIs, and contribute to process improvements, assist with supplier negotiations.
