Technical Consultant

Provide high quality Technical consultancy services to customers achieving operational outcomes and maintaining a positive customer experience through implementation of software in line with the contract and statement of work. Analyse and understand non-functional technical requirements ensuring that all products and services meet these requirements and are supportable. Deliver solutions and integrations as per agreed designs on time and on budget. On delivery ensure that solutions integrate all parts of the business model including processes, operating systems and application architectures. Communicate fully with customers regarding requirements and specifications while supporting the customer through business change using technology and process improvements. Work with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a project and highlighting any risks or issues that may impact this and always maintain a high level of governance. Maintain knowledge of company products, product releases, services, methodologies, policies, procedures and customers. Consistently deliver expert knowledge of WorkWave products and services and identify additional commercial opportunities. Accountability for your individual revenue and utilisation target and ensuring that these are met in line with the business plan. Promote a positive image of WorkWave at all times and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and personal appearance at all times. Comply with all company policies and procedures and undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably delegated. Identify, seek clarification and comply with legislative requirements and parts of the published security policies that are applicable to the role and activities.
