  • Make hard calls with clarity and build durable decision-making mechanisms.

AI-First Product:

  • Actively explore how AI and agentic capabilities change what we build and how.
  • Question traditional product definitions and rebuild where it creates real leverage.
  • Bring conviction around AI, hands-on in building it into the product ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Execution:

  • Partner with Engineering as a true pair to keep strategy and execution tight.
  • Lead cross-functional planning with Engineering, Design, Implementation, and Internal Ops.
  • Build a product cadence that turns customer and business needs into shipped outcomes with clear measurement.
