Senior Professional Services, Technical Architect

Delivery and Architecture:

• Deliver high-level designs and oversee GitLab deployments to customer environments, ensuring alignment with GitLab reference architectures and customer expectations.
• Plan and execute migrations from source systems to GitLab, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Provide DevSecOps consulting, including guidance on frameworks like GitLab Flow and DORA best practices.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor Professional Services and partner consultants, coordinating implementation activities and sharing best practices.
• Partner with Professional Services Engagement Managers, customers, partners, and GitLab Professional Services Engineers to scope and create Statements of Work.
• Support Regional Delivery Managers with technical vetting of partner consultants and new hire candidates.

Technology and Innovation:

• Operate autonomously, managing multiple concurrent engagements and adapting to ambiguity.
• Stay current on GitLab product releases and features.
• Help customers adopt AI-assisted development practices with GitLab Duo.
