Account Director, Strategist - Telecommunications

Role Overview:

• Own the pre-sale phase of every integration for a major telecommunications partner, converting VP-level strategy into sellable concepts tied to client objectives.
• Serve as the strategic translator between the client's business goals and MrBeast's creative language, ensuring every proposal drives gross-adds and reduces churn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop pre-sale deliverables including concept docs, pitch decks, KPI mapping, and measurement architecture.
• Manage the partner content marketing calendar and align client product launches with high-impact content moments.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead on feasibility and brand voice, then hand off execution to Activation.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years blending integrated marketing strategy with telecommunications account leadership, brand-side or agency-side.
• Experience packaging campaigns with top-tier YouTubers, streaming platforms, or premium content publishers.
• Fluency in both client marketing planning and MrBeast creative brainstorms, with track record of KPI-mapping sophistication.

Compensation & Culture:

• Fixed annual salary $178,000 - $223,000 plus bonus, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
