What You'll Do:
- Own the operating model for the full product organization, ensuring alignment without drowning senior teams in process.
- Build dashboards and feedback loops that give leadership clarity on shipping, slipping, and business impact.
- Lead go-to-market readiness across product, coordinating with multiple functions for successful launches.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in senior Product Operations or Chief of Staff role within a B2B technology company.
- Strong analytical capability: work directly with data and turn numbers into clear narratives.
- Track record of creating systems and processes that people adopt and maintain over time.
