Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in platform development, integration, and digital transformation strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow modules to enable and scale enterprise initiatives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strategic vision, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that streamline operations, enhance user experience, and drive measurable improvements in business processes.
Advise on business process and service management best practices. Shape strategies for large-scale digital transformation initiatives across ServiceNow Core Services, ITSM, and SPM. Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies by customizing the platform. Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other technologies. Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integration architectures. Customize ServiceNow modules, including form configuration, UI design, and data models.
