Your Role:
- Own the portfolio-level narrative and go-to-market strategy for Autonomous IT.
- Be the voice of ServiceNow to customers, analysts, and press.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape connective GTM across the portfolio through integrated campaigns and unified messaging.
- Build a library of customer proof points that make the AI-native thesis concrete.
- Cultivate relationships with CIOs and CTOs to inform the portfolio story.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in product marketing or marketing leadership with portfolio experience.
- Deep expertise in IT operations, ITSM, ITOM, or adjacent enterprise software.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and build category narratives.
