Sr. Director - Assistant Controller

The Sr. Director, Assistant Controller plays a key role in shaping Lumos’s financial future by leading our accounting and reporting functions with precision and vision. This leader ensures accuracy and integrity across general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, revenue accounting, and supports payroll, benefits, and tax functions. Beyond overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, the Assistant Controller builds confidence in our numbers, strengthens internal controls, and delivers insights that guide business decisions. This role sets policies, resolves complex accounting challenges, and ensures Lumos scales with transparency and compliance.
