Senior Manager, IT Operations

Webflow is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Operations to lead its growing IT Operations team. This team is essential to enabling employees to work securely, productively, and reliably. The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving excellence across IT infrastructure, employee experience, security operations, and internal service delivery. The role requires leadership ensuring the scalability and resilience of Webflow’s IT environment as it expands globally. This role involves building processes, managing infrastructure, implementing automation, and leading a team through Webflow’s next phase of growth. The Senior Manager will oversee day-to-day IT operations, define and track key performance indicators, collaborate with senior leadership to define IT operations strategy, and manage IT operations budgets. They will also drive technical execution and project management for IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IT operations, 3+ years of people management experience, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code or automation platforms.
