Senior Director, Payer Contract Administration Shared Services

What You'll Do:

• Manage the payer contracting lifecycle process including pre-negotiation preparation, market analysis, contract execution, administration, and performance monitoring.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicaid, commercial health plans, and government payor frameworks to maximize reimbursement rates and protect contractual rights.
• Collaborate with business development, clinical operations, revenue cycle, legal, and finance to support RFP responses, corporate development, and new market expansion.

Payer Communication:

• Articulate the company's clinical model and outcomes data to health plan partners and government agencies.
• Negotiate agreements reflecting market dynamics, reimbursement trends, and Medicaid-specific rate structures and service definitions.
• Develop materials supporting payer presentations, including rate justification documents and outcome summaries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with business development to ensure go-to-market activities are supported by contractual frameworks from opportunity identification through contract execution.
• Support RFP responses with substantive knowledge of reimbursement structures and payor requirements.
• Liaise with finance and revenue cycle teams to provide accurate revenue projections and identify opportunities to improve reimbursement performance.
