Responsibilities:
- Develop an adequate provider network within assigned geographic markets.
- Negotiate and renegotiate contracts with physicians, provider groups, and facilities.
- Collect roster updates and standardize information with Analytics and IT teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience negotiating commercial contracts with hospital systems and provider groups.
- 5+ years negotiating provider contracts with multiple payment methodologies.
- Analytic capabilities including experience with SERFF reporting of network adequacy.
Additional Requirements:
- Dedicated work area separate from living areas for information privacy.
- Must live in the United States with high-speed internet.
- Company business hours are weekdays 9-5 CST.
