Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives, product priorities, scalability, cybersecurity, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
- Architect, build, and scale enterprise-grade SaaS platforms using cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and data platforms.
- Lead and develop a globally distributed technology organization of approximately 10-15 professionals, mentoring technical leaders and engineers.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, or related fields, with substantial leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated success architecting and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS or commercial software platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML, with exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or AI platforms.
