Job Description
Own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals, keep the pipeline clean, and hand over smoothly to onboarding. The role involves working primarily with leads from the Americas, with some coverage of the UK/UAE markets, requiring early starts as needed. Key responsibilities include working inbound leads, booking, running, and closing calls, rescuing no-shows by keeping deals moving, and sending proposals within 24 hours, ensuring a clean handover to the onboarding team. Maintaining a spotless CRM, reviving dormant opportunities, and requesting referrals are also crucial. The compensation includes a base salary, per-deal commission, placement bonus, and a ramp guarantee in the first two months.
