Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of program data systems.
Oversee processes for tracking the entire program lifecycle, with an emphasis on efficiency and compliance.
Perform advanced data analysis and audits to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Reporting:

Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adoption of business solution tools.
Design and deliver custom and ad-hoc reports that address strategic and operational needs.
Develop and analyze metrics and analytics to support executive decision-making.

Operational Support:

Serve as a subject matter expert on new award onboarding, option period exercises, and contract closeouts.
Provide support and expertise in 1099 consultant onboarding and maintenance.
Support implementing and maintaining new capabilities including Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

System and Process Optimization:

Design and implement improvements to the program management system.
Conduct in-depth research to propose innovative solutions for future system enhancements.
Develop standardized procedures, reusable process assets, and SOPs to support consistent operations.
