Role Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end system flows and ensure adherence to core enterprise models, architecture, and governance standards.
- Partner closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations leaders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Leadership & Delivery:
- Drive portfolio, change, release, and application lifecycle management across the HR & labor technology landscape.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, quality, and risk management standards.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, labor, or enterprise technology.
- Deep expertise in HR and labor systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or UKG Workforce solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex vendor ecosystems.
