About the Role:
- Lead engineering teams building secure, scalable financial technology solutions.
- Guide backend platforms, compliance products, and infrastructure for critical banking operations.
- Combine technical leadership, people management, and hands-on collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers through coaching and performance feedback.
- Partner with product, compliance, and engineering teams to drive platform capabilities.
- Ensure reliable systems including event-driven services and data-intensive applications.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of management.
- Strong proficiency in Go and experience with backend systems.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments preferred.
