Responsibilities:
- Leads quality infrastructure backlog ownership and prioritization in close partnership with the Technology Quality Lead.
- Coordinates User Acceptance Testing across end-to-end customer journeys and multiple program domains.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develops and communicates the quality roadmap while managing risks across the program.
- Translates technical quality metrics into business-meaningful insights for leadership stakeholders.
Qualifications and Impact:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of Agile experience with strong technical proficiency in test automation.
- Must have insurance knowledge and experience with large-scale core platform transformations like Guidewire.
