Evangelizing the Product:
- Own QBR content and field-facing product updates for Sales Engagement.
- Serve as the trusted product expert in customer conversations and strategic sales cycles.
- Build and maintain crisp, business-oriented product collateral.
Shaping Strategy:
- Work closely with the Sales Engagement Product team across time zones.
- Track the market and competitive landscape and customer feedback.
- Guide pricing and packaging decisions, with evolving pricing models for AI-native products.
Enabling GTM:
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to ensure every launch lands accurately and compellingly across the field.
- Handle customer escalations as the product voice.
- Drive adoption and consumption of AI capabilities, partnering with CS and Sales.
