Job Description
This internship offers work on the legal frontier of crypto, IP tokenization, DAOs, and biotech, addressing real-world challenges at the convergence of law and technology. Interns receive direct guidance from the General Counsel and senior legal innovators, with regular feedback and the chance to learn from renowned partner law firms. It is designed to build foundational expertise in emerging legal areas like securities law for tokens, on-chain governance, and the unique regulatory challenges of DeSci and decentralized innovation. There is also a potential for a discretionary bonus reflecting contributions, initiative, and impact.
