Job Description
Drive the execution and delivery of a domain defining user experience in the Response Management space, leveraging AI and machine learning to drive key outcomes for our customers. Refine, shape and implement our Experience Strategy, defining and maintaining a high bar of experience quality along the way. Collaborate closely with the Product Management, Engineering, Data Science & AI, Product Marketing, Customer Experience and Sales teams to launch a top-tier experience for our customers and communicate it to the market. Be a strong voice of the customer β advocate for our users and champion Loopioβs customer-centric approach. Mentor and support Loopioβs Product Design and Research team, build, refine and drive our Product Design and Research process and rituals, and make sure the entire company knows what Product Design is about. Prioritize team retention and support with hiring and performance support as needed.
