C&E Proofreader (Contractor)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all content is reviewed and edited to the highest standards, optimized for the channel of distribution.
• Proofread materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, consistency, and brand voice.
• Support Graphic Designers by making minor updates to designs as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong editing background with knowledge of employee benefits programs a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat).
• Experience with design programs like InDesign is a plus.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay range of $35.00-$50.00 per hour for standard 30-hour workweeks.
• Actual compensation based on experience, skills, and market data.
