Director of Product

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform company goals into a cohesive product strategy and own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the product management team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products.
• Drive the development of intelligent, automated experiences for veterinary customers and oversee e-commerce and conversion processes.

Core Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B2C or SaaS environments with the ability to lead and mentor a product management team.
• Experience with integrated platform models, open architecture, and establishing key performance indicators to measure success.
• Strong analytical skills focused on measurable outcomes and exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
