Product Growth Specialist

Strategy:

• Own the growth strategy for one of our products, driving aggressive, measurable, and sustainable expansion through the affiliate channel.
• Delegate tasks to a team of affiliate marketing specialists responsible for different countries and partner types.

Optimization:

• Live in the data (CPA, Traffic, ROAS, LTV are your daily metrics).
• Close the gap between our Affiliates team and the Product Marketing squad to turn ideas into affiliate campaigns.

Hands-on:

• Participate in partner calls, go to events, or do hands-on outreach.
• Be ready to perform hands-on outreach for product-specific partners.
