Program Foundation:
- Define and build the PLG framework, including the tracking of North Star metrics.
- Identify "Aha!" moments, and establish a rigorous experimentation culture.
- Track Time-to-Value (TTV) and monitor user activity to identify areas for improvement.
Product Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Product team to optimize the onboarding flow, reduce Time-to-Value (TTV), and build in-app triggers that drive virality and expansion.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve product adoption and engagement.
RevOps & Data Integrity:
- Collaborate with RevOps to ensure our tech stack captures the right data to trigger sales-assist motions.
- Enhance our analytics to assist our users.
