Purpose Statement:

Position Summary:
- The Regional VP will lead facilities and construction management operations across multiple properties.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.
- Requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep understanding of facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic vision for facilities management in the region.
- Manage annual facilities budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities with vendors.
- Mentor regional facilities teams and inspect properties for compliance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Anticipated pay range $165,000-175,000 annually plus bonuses.
