Own full P&L responsibility for regional sites and locations, developing budgets and financial targets.
Lead contract management, client relationships, and operational expertise across multiple accounts.
Foster people development, performance management, and a strong health and safety culture.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of management experience leading hard or soft facility management services teams.
Post-secondary education in Management or Business and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook expertise with strong problem-solving and organization skills.
