You will partner with operators to understand workflows and build internal tools that improve operational throughput.
The team functions like an embedded engineering group, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.

Your Responsibilities:

Build internal tools, automations, and workflows to improve operational accuracy and visibility.
Own well-scoped projects end-to-end, from implementation to iteration.
Write maintainable, well-tested code following established engineering practices.

What We're Looking For:

0-2 years of software engineering experience with strong communication skills.
Exposure to building internal tools, workflow systems, or automation is a plus.
Curiosity and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
