Business Analyst, Appraisal Operations

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering by facilitating stakeholder sessions to elicit, analyze, and document operational needs.
• Define project scope and business objectives to ensure alignment with long-term strategy.
• Provide analytical support to teams engaged in ongoing performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Junior Analyst, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Associate.
• Strong data analysis skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability in influencing cross-functional stakeholders and guiding project direction.

• Base salary ranges from $92,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
