Role Objectives:
- Customize programs to ensure families protection.
- Contact prospective clients thru warm leads given to you by the company.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- While working from home via Zoom - proactively contact all leads and schedule appointments to recommend appropriate protection programs, quote and place coverage.
- Determine specific clients' needs by researching current coverage and options, and grow and maintain business through product sales, referrals, and renewals.
- Meet or speak with clients daily, providing information about policies, and answering questions related to coverage and premiums.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication.
- Fluency in Basic Computer Skills like Zoom and Microsoft Office.
