Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP) | Youth & Adults | Inland Empire, CA

About the Role:

• Provide individual therapy via video to youth (ages 11-24) and adults (ages 18-60)
• Work with mild-to-moderate needs in a Kaiser Permanente program with a 96% caseload fill rate
• A dedicated intake assistant handles initial scheduling and consent forms

Pay and Support:

• Earn $75–$90 per session based on weekly caseload volume
• Receive $340 paid onboarding stipend and free CE credits year-round
• Malpractice insurance is included, and you get paid for no-shows and late cancellations

Schedule:

• Choose your hours Monday–Sunday, 8 am–8 pm PT (weekends optional)
• Start with 5 sessions per week and grow as desired
• Youth clients are most often seen Monday–Friday, 3–8 pm PT

Qualifications:

• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP
• Experience with youth and/or adults and comfort with telehealth
• Commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care
