Drive new business and expand merchant C-level relationships to accelerate revenue growth in one of the most strategic markets for our company. Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and grow key merchants, fintechs, and enterprise clients across China. Drive revenue performance for the region — from pipeline creation to deal closing — ensuring alignment with overall commercial goals. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success. Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-levels and key decision-makers at leading e-Commerce merchants. Monitor market trends, competitor movements and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and anticipate client needs. Represent the company at key industry events and conferences, positioning us as a trusted thought leader in payments innovation.
