What you'll do:
- Positioning: Own market positioning, competitive messaging, and product narratives for prospects and existing customers.
- Proof of Value: Lead a 21-person SE team delivering demos, POCs, and technical validation to drive win rates.
- Market Presence: Build thought leadership through speaking and community engagement as the leader in AI-powered learning.
- Expansion: Partner with Customer Enablement and Sales to position new products for upsell and cross-sell conversations.
Key metrics you'll be measured on:
- New-logo win rate improvement and sales cycle length reduction.
- Expansion revenue influenced and competitive win rate in head-to-head evaluations.
- Analyst recognition and NRR contribution from GTM-sourced expansion opportunities.
