Job Description

Customer Engagement:

  • Assist customers in understanding Cribl's value proposition during sales interactions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and address customer inquiries during initial sales engagements.
  • Offer support to customers throughout the proof of concept phase.

Content Creation & Documentation:

  • Develop blog posts that highlight intriguing use cases.
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation.
  • Provide feedback to strengthen the product.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must live in NYC
  • There is up to 30% Travel
  • May be required to occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours
