About the Role:
- Own the end-to-end process of bringing new payer markets into operation.
- Lead the enterprise strategy that converts attributed members into active patient relationships.
- Build and improve a repeatable market launch operating system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the 90-day market sprint from contract execution through first patient visit.
- Coordinate pre-launch readiness across Clinical, Operations, HR, Training, Technology, and Compliance.
- Establish governance and tracking for implementation timelines and milestones.
