Program Director, Forestry

Responsible for providing vision, leads the program team, and steers the program towards becoming a model of excellence. Leads a team of 4-6 members and ensures the program’s strategic growth, effective execution, and alignment with organizational goals. Executes the Forestry Program’s vision and framework and aligns program activities with the Foundation’s mission and strategic goals. Cultivates partnerships with community leaders and represents the program with key stakeholders through networking, events, meetings, and conferences. Leads annual budget development for the Forestry Program and oversees program compliance with regulations. Provides high-level oversight of subawards and serves as the main point of contact for funders.
