Proposal Supervisor

The Proposal Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the company's Business Development and regional marketing efforts, focusing on the timely completion of high-quality proposals. Responsibilities include overseeing the quality control of all proposal and marketing deliverables, managing a team of Proposal Administrators, and leading the coordination of all proposal activities, covering tracking, organization, communication, writing, and development of materials. Key tasks involve staff management, proposal coordination, and quality control, along with ensuring compliance with company standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, experience in proposal development, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong communication skills.
