The Proposal Supervisor plays a key role in supporting Eocene’s Business Development and regional marketing efforts by ensuring the timely completion of high-quality proposals. This position is responsible for overseeing the quality control of all proposal and marketing deliverables, while also managing a team of Proposal Administrators. The Supervisor leads the coordination of all proposal activities.

Seeking a proactive Part-Time Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant. The role includes lead generation, market research, and marketing support. Responsibilities involve following up on leads, creating briefs, managing LinkedIn messaging, and supporting sales calls. Additional tasks include cleansing data, writing proposals, and assisting with pre and post-conference outreach.
