The Business Development Rep role is a strategic part of the organic growth plans for Uprise Health, intended to develop great revenue generators that will grow pipeline for Uprise Health and skills for their future. The role is focused on penetrating the prospect market to drive awareness and build pipeline for the sales team.

Fuel the growth of the business by generating new pipeline. Actively mentored and developed to advance career and skillsets into sales or other business units. Partner with sales reps to strategically determine messaging, persona targets, and account strategy. Research target accounts, identifying key players, crafting targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to stimulate opportunities.

The Development Proposal Intern will support the Business Development Initiative team and report directly to the Lead Proposal Manager, playing an important role in government proposal support, including grant research management, creation of templates and forms, and RFP tracking.
