Enablement Specialist I

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Manage project hygiene: action logs, milestones, RAID, meeting notes, status updates.
• Document current-state processes via stakeholder interviews and walkthroughs.
• Support process improvement by mapping workflows and drafting future-state steps.
• Assist with implementation readiness: checklists, UAT coordination, cutover planning.
• Create SOPs, runbooks, and playbooks for Banking Operations.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years experience in operations, banking operations support, or project coordination.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
• Comfort working in regulated, high-stakes environments.
